Summary: When you purchase a Funkhopinc.crypto NFT, you own the token on the blockchain. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to display and enjoy the associated artwork and music. You do not acquire copyright ownership of the underlying creative work unless explicitly stated. Commercial use rights vary by collection tier — see Section 4 for details.
For the purposes of this NFT License Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Purchasing a Funkhopinc.crypto NFT grants you ownership of the token itself — a unique, verifiable entry on the blockchain. This is distinct from ownership of the intellectual property associated with the NFT.
Unless explicitly stated in the specific collection's terms or a separate written agreement, Funkhopinc.crypto retains all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in and to the Art and Music linked to each NFT. Your purchase grants you a license — not a transfer of copyright.
Think of it this way: Buying a vinyl record gives you the physical object and the right to listen to it. It does not give you the right to reproduce, broadcast, or sell the music. NFT ownership works similarly — you own the token, and you receive a license to use the Art as described in this agreement.
Subject to your continued ownership of the NFT and compliance with this License, Funkhopinc.crypto grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except upon valid NFT transfer), royalty-free license to:
This personal use license is granted automatically upon verified ownership of the NFT and terminates immediately upon transfer or sale of the NFT to another party.
Commercial use rights vary depending on the specific Funkhopinc.crypto collection from which your NFT originates. Check your NFT's metadata or the official collection page for your tier designation.
Holders of Empire Pass NFTs and designated Gold Tier collection pieces receive an expanded commercial license permitting limited merchandise production (up to $50,000 USD annual revenue) and use in personal brand promotion. Full commercial licensing for broadcast, advertising, or large-scale merchandise requires a separate written agreement with Funkhopinc.crypto.
NFTs that include associated music tracks, audio recordings, or multimedia content are subject to additional music licensing considerations:
Royalty Transparency: All Funkhopinc.crypto music NFTs include on-chain royalty splits. Artists receive their designated percentage automatically on every secondary sale. These splits are immutable and cannot be altered after minting.
When you validly transfer or sell your Funkhopinc.crypto NFT to another party through a supported marketplace or direct wallet transfer:
Regardless of collection tier or ownership status, the following uses are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate license termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Funkhopinc.crypto NFTs are sold as digital collectibles and creative assets. They are not financial instruments, securities, or investment products. Nothing in this license or on the Funkhopinc.crypto platform constitutes financial or investment advice.
NFT values are highly volatile and speculative. Funkhopinc.crypto makes no representations or warranties regarding the future value, liquidity, or market performance of any NFT.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Funkhopinc.crypto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase, ownership, or use of any NFT, including but not limited to loss of value, loss of data, or inability to access your NFT due to wallet issues, platform changes, or blockchain network failures.
Blockchain Risks: NFT ownership depends on the continued operation of the underlying blockchain network and your ability to maintain access to your private keys. Funkhopinc.crypto is not responsible for lost wallets, compromised private keys, or NFTs rendered inaccessible due to technical failures outside our control.
This NFT License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from this agreement or your ownership of a Funkhopinc.crypto NFT shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Funkhopinc.crypto reserves the right to update this NFT License Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued ownership of a Funkhopinc.crypto NFT following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For material changes that significantly affect holder rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the community through our official channels, including our X / Twitter account (@DaTraxman) and Discord server.
