These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Funkhopinc.crypto. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Platform operates on decentralized blockchain infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and are not responsible for any downtime, delays, or disruptions caused by blockchain network conditions, third-party services, or factors outside our reasonable control.
Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) sold on the Platform are unique digital assets recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. Purchasing an NFT grants you ownership of the specific token as recorded on the blockchain, subject to the terms of our NFT License Agreement.
When you purchase an NFT from Funkhopinc.crypto, you own the NFT token itself. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific NFT's license terms, you do NOT acquire:
Certain NFTs on the Platform include smart contract-based royalty mechanisms that automatically distribute a percentage of secondary sales to the original artist. These royalty terms are encoded in the smart contract and are immutable once deployed. Royalty percentages and terms are disclosed on each NFT's listing page.
All NFT purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions, we are unable to reverse, cancel, or refund any completed purchase. Please review all NFT details carefully before completing a transaction.
All blockchain transactions require gas fees paid in ETH. These fees are determined by the Ethereum network and are not controlled by Funkhopinc.crypto. You are solely responsible for all gas fees and transaction costs associated with your use of the Platform.
🔗 Note: NFT ownership is determined solely by the blockchain record. We cannot recover NFTs lost due to lost wallet access, incorrect transfer addresses, or other user errors. Always verify wallet addresses before completing transactions.
All content on the Funkhopinc.crypto Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, and the "Funkhopinc.crypto" brand — is owned by or licensed to Funkhopinc.crypto and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
Music, artwork, videos, and other content submitted by artists to the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective artists, subject to the licenses granted to Funkhopinc.crypto as described in Section 6 (Artist Submissions). Funkhopinc.crypto does not claim ownership of artist-submitted content.
By posting, submitting, or sharing any content on the Platform (including community posts, comments, or reviews), you grant Funkhopinc.crypto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at admin@funkhopinccrypto.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with applicable law.
By submitting music, artwork, or other content to the Platform for minting or distribution, you grant Funkhopinc.crypto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Platform's services.
By submitting content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
Revenue sharing, royalty percentages, and payment terms for artist submissions are governed by separate artist agreements entered into between Funkhopinc.crypto and individual artists. These Terms do not constitute a revenue sharing agreement. Please contact us at admin@funkhopinccrypto.com for artist partnership terms.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. NFTs are speculative digital assets and their value can fluctuate significantly. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.
The value of NFTs is highly volatile and speculative. There is no guarantee that any NFT purchased on the Platform will retain its value or appreciate in price. You may lose some or all of the value of your NFT purchase.
Blockchain technology is subject to various risks including but not limited to: network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and technological obsolescence. Funkhopinc.crypto is not responsible for any losses arising from these inherent blockchain risks.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Funkhopinc.crypto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Funkhopinc.crypto in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Funkhopinc.crypto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for the resolution of any disputes.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
